IT Support Specialist
Type of Work: Full-time Location: hybrid Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 15:00 – 00:00, Friday: 16:00 – 22:00 EEST Salary Range: 4.000 – 5.500 RON net monthly, depending on your skills and experience Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer
Main responsibilities:
● Provide remote technical support to our colleagues and partners via email and chat
● Coordinate with other team members on more complex cases
● Provide software support for internal tools, helping colleagues get the most out of our systems
● Troubleshoot basic hardware issues, arranging repairs or replacements when necessary
● Pull data and generate automated reports to support team insights and decision-making
● Own larger projects, where you have the freedom to try out new things and make a difference
● Install software on colleagues’ PCs as needed
● Track and maintain an overview of software licenses
Key competencies:
● Previous experience in end-user technical support
● Strong problem-solving skills with experience in software and basic hardware support
● Excellent logic and deduction abilities
● Self-organization and time management skills
● Comfortable working with data in tools like Google Sheets or Excel
● Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
● Strong English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
● Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
● Previous experience with VoIP systems or working in a call center environment
