OPERATIONS LIAISON
Contract Type: 3 months determined period, with the possibility of undetermined afterwards Type of Work: Full-Time
Location: Brasov, hybrid work
Work Schedule:
● Monday - Thursday = 15:00 - 00:00
● Friday = 16:00 - 22:00
Compensation: 3500 - 5000 RON net monthly, based on skills and experience
THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB
● Meet consistently in person with the call center department, as well as the people handling referral sources for the project
● Gather quantitative and qualitative data from the teams and our online referral sources on what leads, customers and our team are saying and doing
● Generate data-driven reports to improve the marketing and customer experience efforts ● Work along and report to US Marketing Director weekly with data analysis on trends, changes, questions, etc. and provide a well thought out, data-driven approach on what we can do to improve ● Keep up to date on what health insurances we accept and let Marketing know of any changes to adjust to our website
● Ensure full cohesion between scripts used by the Call Center in Romania and our US Front Desk teams at all locations
● Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

● Must speak and write English fluently
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively ● Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data
● Strong data analysis skills with ability to communicate data in a written and spoken way ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Romanian and US stakeholders
● Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
