The Card Assistant Trainee position will make your communication skills shine as you will need to collaborate with our Sales Teams and Card customers. You will also support colleagues from the card management team in various operational activities.

Location:  You will be working at The Office, the premium, class A office building in Cluj-Napoca offering a wide variety of services and shops that will make any break pleasant.

As a Card Assistant Trainee, a typical day might include the following:

•       In the morning, you will prepare the correspondence with our customers (sending invoices, cards),
•       order new cards, change limits, activate, block and unblock cards at the official request of customers or sales representatives
•       The rest of the day, you
•       may propose initiatives designed to improve and streamline daily processes
•            will provide active support to colleagues in the card back-office team

You are a student with good knowledge of English (Hungarian is an advantage). No work experience required!
