If your answer is YES, we are inviting YOU to apply for the position of Back-Office Expert as part of our Finance Back-Office Team and to build your future alongside a strong team.  Your manager will be Diana Corocaescu who has grown and developed professionally within MOL since 2018.


The purpose of Back-Office Expert position is to provide in autonomous way direct accounting services to MOL Romania‘s Retail Department by ensuring the recording, administration and coordination of all assigned financial-accounting operations according with the law requirements and internal procedures.

Location:  You will be working at The Office, the premium, class A office building in Cluj-Napoca offering a wide variety of services and shops that will make any break pleasant.


As a Back-Office Expert, a typical day might include the following:

  •    In the morning, you will do the accounting entries in the SAP system in accordance with the internal procedures of the organization and the legal regulations in force,
  •    go through all financial and accounting operations in the assigned field of expertise,
  •   The rest of the day you will have a constant involvement in the identification of new solutions in order to make the company's operations more efficient.

We are excited if you have:

ü  University Degree in Accounting, Management or Economics;

ü  Experience in accounting field 2 - 5 years;

ü  Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications;

ü  SAP knowledge represents an advantage;

ü  Good understanding of accounting principles;

ü  Capacity to work autonomously (fully mastering and executing the assigned tasks);

ü  Excel knowledge (functions, tables, pivot table, filtering);

üEnglish knowledge.
