What an Operational Supplier Development Specialist does:

• Coordination and implementation of defined supplier development measures
• Workshops with suppliers to achieve the development targets
• Interdisciplinary coordination with the departments involved (Purchasing, Logistic, Supplier Quality Management)
• Documentation of the measures carried out and maturity of the development

The next Operational Supplier Development Specialist needs:

• University degree in Economics or similar education
• Experience in the development of suppliers in the automotive industry
• Analytical approach, strategic behavior and affinity for figures and correlations
• Very good English language command
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with suppliers
• International mindset and the ability to work in a matrix organization
• Willingness to travel
