Our Finance Team, based in Brasov, is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven people for following positions:
Your main responsibilities:

Processing of incoming vendor master data
related queries via multiple channels; ·
Responsible of handling the creation and
changes of vendors in SAP, according to country’ and company’ requirements; ·
Performing a 4-eye principle check of critical
master data changes; ·
Identification, implementation and support for
the standardization and quality improvement of the master data processes
across the organization, through projects and initiatives; ·
Documentation and maintenance of master
data-related standard working procedures; ·
Performing of master data clean-up activities,
whenever required; · Coordination
and collaboration with other teams (accounts payable, procurement etc.); |
About you:
·
At least one year/ three years of work
experience in a master data-related role, within a multinational environment; ·
General understanding of Supply Chain and
Finance-related processes and functions; ·
Experience with SAP is mandatory. Nice to have
experience with ARIBA and Excel; ·
Fluent in German and English; ·
Would be great to have previous knowledge
