Our Back Office
Team, based in Brasov, is looking for enthusiastic and driven people for the following
positions:
· Sales and After Sales Support Specialist
· Material
Master Data
Your main responsibilities:

·
Recording, documenting and maintaining
customer master data as well as posting customer orders; ·
Sending and uploading invoices as
well as processing invoice returns and invoice changes from customers; ·
Content data management within media data and
technical product data; ·
Recording of data exports from the product
information system and enhancement according to the specifications; ·
Support for translation orders
through preparation and follow-up translation lists.

About you:

·
Confident in using MS Office and,
ideally, an ERP system; ·
Previous work experience would be a
significant advantage; ·
Fluent in German/Italian/Spanish/Hungarian language;
