Our Customer Support department, based in Brasov, is looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused
people for the following positions:
· Customer
Service
· Sales
Support Specialist
· Content Support Specialist
Your main responsibilities:
·
Providing telephone and written support for
our customers and ensuring the smooth processing of complaints; ·
Recording, documenting and maintaining
customer master data as well as placing customer orders; ·
Sending and uploading invoices as well as
processing invoice returns and invoice changes from the customer; ·
Coordination of order processing and
monitoring of delivery dates;

About you:
· Confident
in using MS Office and, ideally, an ERP system; ·
Previous work experience in a similar role would
be a significant advantage; ·
Fluent in German - spoken and written skills; ·
Good English knowledge would be a significant
plus;
