Quality Management Systems - Team Leader

Responsibilities and the main tasks:

·         Providing quality leadership and guidance on all QMS matters;

·         Enabling and monitoring the implementation and functionality of QMS in the plant;

·         Management of the reporting system, claim management system, QM system and audits, quality improvements initiatives;

·         Management of the internal and external complaints;

·         Management of the team: coordinate or define goals and tasks; support work execution, check, discuss and evaluate work results; conduct appraisal interviews and assess performance; planning and initiating further training; recognizing conflicts and pointing out solutions.

 Requirements for the candidates:

·         A higher education degree;

·         Proficiency in spoken and written English;

·         Familiarity with quality standards and quality management processes;

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·         Proficiency in using the MS Office suite;

·         Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment;

·         Proactiveness, creativity, and stress resilience;

·         Independence and dynamism in action.
