Indoor Sales Professional with French

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates;
  • Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines;
  • Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
  • Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges;
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records;
  • Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows;
  • Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims;
  • Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service;
  • Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines;
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Economic/Technical studies are an advantage;
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related fields;
  • Advanced French and English language skills;
  • Computer skills related to Microsoft Office; mid-level Excel knowledge;
  • SAP Knowledge or different ERP experience is mandatory;
  • Open to process improvements;
  • Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, detail-oriented attitude;
  • Motivation and open communication style;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good organizational skills and proactiveness;
  • Team player;
  • Customer and solution-oriented.
