Mold Engineer Inginer Tehnolog - Jucu, Cluj

As a Mold Engineer in DeLonghi, you will be in charge of adjusting the plastic injection machines and their peripherals and continuously improving the molding processes. 

Qualifications, Knowledges:

• Bachelor's degree - technical field;
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in the plastics injection field;
• English - advanced level (Italian is an advantage);
• Customer orientation and continuous improvement;
• Spirit of initiative, creativity, and flexibility;
• Good skills in organizing, communicating, and managing time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Approves and validates of new molds for plastic injection;
• Adjusts the injection parameters according to the settings sheets and optimizes them in case of need;
• Tests new molds (injection parameters, robot program, gripper assembly, etc.);
• Collaborates with the Quality department, operators, setters, and logistics of the department;
• Intervene quickly on the injection process in order to remediate the issues whenever it is notified;
• Involves in continuous improvement of molding timing;
• Propose ideas in  adjusting molds and processes in the direction of continuous improvement;
