Process Quality Engineer - SATU MARE

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible that all members from his area of coordination know the requirements and customer expectations regarding the automatic machines repair process;
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000);
• Ensure compliance with appropriate Standard Operational Procedures, policies and guidelines.
• Write the quality procedures and work instructions, in a clear, simple and concise manner;
• Implement all relevant procedures/ instructions described in the Quality Management System (QMS);
• Train employees in procedures/ instructions specific for the working area;
• Analyzes the causes of non-conformities and effectively implements corrective actions using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M);
• Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities; follow up corrective actions
• Responsible for monitoring the quality trend by preparing monthly reports  (defects, scrap cost);
• Responsible for the management of components and consumptions
• Certifies the conformity of the products based on statistical verifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
• Minimum 2 years working in Quality Processes;
• Strong communication skills;
• Problem solving and analytical skills;
• Teamwork;
• Project management skills;
• Proficient in using the MS Office package;
• SAP knowledge may represent an advantage;
• Good English level;
