Responsibility:


• Technical coordination and order management.
• Technical support in the proposal phase for complete plants and machines.
• Feasibility analysis of the solutions in the advanced project phase and sales support.
• Reading and interpretation of the contractual technical specification, analysis of the reference process and engineering, production of the documentation relating to each project according to company and international standards and applicable certifications.
• Contract management, including negotiation with customer, claims management, balance table and job cash flow.
• Order planning and congruence verification between the designed assemblies and the related order objectives in terms of engineering deliverables and equipment delivery.
• Preparation of technical specifications and technical alignment of offers for machines/equipment with external technology.
• Interface with external suppliers and coordinator with the various corporate functions (offices: mechanics, plant engineers, purchasing, production) and associated companies.
• Evaluation of the maintenance requirements of the systems built and follow up of the manuals.
• Supervision and control of the design activity, both internally and outsourced.
• Participation in the prototyping phase of a new product, carrying out the necessary tests and making the necessary modifications for the industrialization and optimization of the product itself.
• Monitoring of product quality through the technical/economic evaluation of purchases and support to the production team with NCR management.
• Participation and organization of meetings within the TO and/or with other departments, aimed at gathering feedback, design reviews and sharing new technical solutions.
• Preparation of technical specifications for the purchase of package machines and technical alignment of offers.
• Follow-up external package suppliers for engineering and equipment deliveries.
• Technical support and customer management in the construction phase on site.

 

Technical requirements:
• Educational qualification: degree in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of mechanics and mechanical drawing
• Knowledge of the main design software (Autocad and possibly Inventor)
• Knowledge of the main applications of the Office and Project package
• Willingness to travel to customers and suppliers
• English language: good knowledge of written and spoken language and technical terminology
