Your profile:

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment, in a high volume, fast paced setting;
  • Previous experience sourcing and recruiting talent with German is a plus, ideally, a mix of agency and corporate experience is required;
  • Solid understanding and experience using social media to source passive candidates;
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;

As a result of Altran integration into Capgemini Group, we have a new career opportunity for an experienced professional to join us as  Talent Acquisition Specialist at our premises in Brasov.
This is a vital role for our organization in which you will direct, plan, and implement activities to identifying and hiring quality candidates for corporate-position-openings in a timely and efficient manner.

As part of our HR & Recruiting team you will mainly focuse on recruiting talent for our Brasov business functions dedicated to Automotive industry with German language skills, but also to help our central office from Cluj with hiring for business support and IT support functions, when needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Works with Hiring Managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy in support of talent initiatives.
  • Takes ownership for the full life-cycle recruitment for business leads and opened positions in Capgemini Engineering Romania, managing quality candidate flow and successfully fill Junior to highly skilled-level positions.
  • Provide outstanding thought partnerships to customers to shape and best match the needs of Capgemini Engineering and the talent in the market.
  • Gets involved in hands-on recruitment activities from researching the market, identifying, engaging, evaluating and recruiting candidates.
  • Maintains relationships with hiring managers across the different business functions in Romania, ensuring a smooth recruiting process, and positive candidate experience.
  • Partners with managers and business stakeholders to provide insight into appropriate salaries and levels and gets involved in negotiation and delivering offers.
  • Liaise with our HR admin dedicated people to ensure a smooth and professional hiring process for the selected candidates.
