Data Entry Coordinator

We are looking for 3 colleagues with great communication and organisational skills to fill in our newest entry-level role as Data Entry Coordinator.

What you will do:

• Product database: create new and update existing options to ensure smooth reservations
•  Data input: Enter and maintain general information in the company software for internal and external use (T&C, Options description, general information, fact sheets)
•  Rate input: insert services rates to ensure accurate clients quotations and supplier invoices

Requirements:

• English Proficiency
• IT literate, tech-savvy
• Attention to detail
• Excel experience/knowledge
• Good communication skills
