Role Overview
As a student assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the four Community of Practice (CoP) Owners who are all part of our HR strategy team – so you will get very close to the decision makers in a global HR setup and get the opportunity to grow and learn together with us. 
Our task is to roll out our strategic initiative: Communities of Practice. These communities are designed to:
•    Ensure the improvement of our HR practices, processes and initiatives, 
•    Leverage resources in our global organization, 
•    Accelerate HR development and 
•    Create new knowledge within the HR function. 
We need a student assistant who wants to learn and grow together with us and can assist us succeed on this strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
Your role and responsibility will be to:
•    Collaborate with the Community of Practice Leaders (one in the US and three in Denmark) to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
•    Ensuring a good structure in the way that we operate as a team – meetings are booked, actions are clear and people are held accountable for what has been agreed.
•    Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
•    Contribute to content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications.
•    Assist maintain community platforms, ensuring easy access to resources and best practices.
•    Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and innovative HR solutions.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in preferable HRM, Psychology or related fields.
  • Enthusiastic about HR and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Structured, advanced communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit approximately 15 hours per week to this role.
