Consolidation System Specialist, Demant

We are looking for a Consolidation System specialist who has experience working with consolidation and planning solutions as administrator. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our existing consolidation and planning solution where needed and later the transition this to a newer and more modern cloud-based solution. You will further act as the finance business owner of our financial business intelligence data model, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

You will be working in a team of thirteen people in Group Financial Systems that is part of Group Finance. Our global finance team consist of over 600 professionals, and we operate in the areas of Financial Reporting and Compliance, Business Finance, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Accounting and Financial Systems. Additionally, approximately 150 finance colleagues in our Shared Service Center in Poland play a crucial role in supporting our global business operations.We develop a collaborative working style, valuing each team member's unique contributions, and prioritize shared goals across our diverse functions.

Task and Responsibilities

As the owner and system administrator, you will secure and develop our current planning and consolidation solution (SAP BPC) and plan for the replacement to a newer and more modern solution. Your task is to secure one version of the truth from ERP through BI to the consolidation landscape.

You can further look forward to some of the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using various tools and systems, such as SAP BPC, Power BI, Excel, etc.
• Investigate and rectify complications or irregularities in SAP BPC, offer recommendations for improvement, and apply the solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on the consolidation system and related tools.
• Ensuring effective dialogue and aligned prioritization of activities among Group Financial Systems, Group Financial Reporting & Compliance, and IT

Expect an annual travel commitment of 10-20 days.
