As a Technical Project Manager at ENABL, you will have an exciting, challenging, and varied workday. Working across the wind industry, you will engage with various organizations, enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for project-, planning, management, and execution. The role will include:

·         Delivering high-quality engineering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

·         Ensuring strict compliance with our clients' procedures throughout the project execution.

·         Coordinating and managing deliverables from Lead Engineers and Specialists involved in various projects.

·         Facilitating effective interdisciplinary communication among project stakeholders.

·         Conducting time planning and coordinating engineering activities within projects.

·         Identifying and resolving any challenges or issues that may arise during the project.

·         Demonstrating a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the projects at hand.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for Technical Project Managers with drive and passion

We are looking for a proactive and structured Technical Project Manager, who can work independently as well as together with a project team. You enjoy a workday with challenging tasks and getting out of your comfort zone from time to time. 

Furthermore, we imagine you: 

·         Hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Structural, Mechanical or Offshore Engineering combined with a proven track record of at least 3 years of experience within Technical Project Management.

·         You have project management experience leading engineers.

·         You have experience with managing different stakeholders and interfaces (internally as well as externally) and succeeding in delivering technically scoped projects,

·         It is an advantage if you are certified in Prince2, IPMA or similar project management certifications.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, which is why our Technical Project Managers primarily work at our customers' offices, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders of the project. It is therefore crucial that it is natural for you to act in a changing environment with diverse corporate cultures and industries. As you will lead projects with people at different levels, it is important that you are outgoing, positive, empathetic, and have strong collaboration skills as well as strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
