As Project Manager Systems, you are responsible to ensure that the design specifications are met, project is completed on time within budget and scope and quality standards are followed. Project manager is obliged to document Project execution process and co-operate with all departments according to the overall AFB strategy. It is also essential to focus on Customer expectations and close co-operation with customer throughout the complete project life circle.
You will switch between project management and at the same time you will drive the customer solutions and plant layout closely together with the plant designer, automation, Site management and the customer

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take active part in projects from the initial scoping/sales phase to end of the project execution of Plant solution EPC project deliveries.
• Centre for communication internal and external in the project phases.
• Ensure quality in all carried out work
• Frequently follow up with the Project team to insure progress and alignment.
• Updating financial forecasting in ERP system for the projects
• Reporting of status to the Management team
• Conduct regular project review meetings, & risk review meeting to mitigate risks
• Involve in contract preparation, quotation, technical sales support, vendor selection
• Monitoring on-site installation activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters
• Apply engineering principles, tools, skills and experience during project execution stages - Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning
• Prepare status, finance reports for projects to keep the customer & organization informed thought project life cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure projects are completed as specified by meeting time scales, quality and financial targets

 

WHAT YOU OFFER

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

• Project management principles
• Knowledge of solution within Plant engineering both in Mechanical and electrical areas
• Experience in MS office – SAP
• Microsoft Project
• Able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc.

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum : B.Sc. in Mechanical or Process Engineering, Constructional engineer or similar.
Desirable :  B.Sc. in Mechanical or Process Engineering.

 

EXPERIENCE

Several years of experience in Project Management
Plant Design

Industrial Sector : Mechanical/Process industry know how

 

OTHER REQUISITES

Able to Travel approx. 40-60 days pr. Year.
