About the position

As Senior Application Specialist you will participate in project execution as requested by project management to ensure process conformity and in case of needed polishing/troubleshooting newly designed processes. You will be the designated specialist with broad and deep technology and application know-how in the processing of fats and oils. You will be reviewing, approving, and supporting selected non-standard and customized quotation activities technically. Besides that, Leading or contributing to selected technology development activities

Your main tasks are:

• Develop, own, and share application knowhow for selected established applications and supervise on other

• Responsible for review / approval of new applications from a technology and risk perspective

• Support project execution on selected projects as requested by E&S project management

• Contribute to develop our Service business with respect to plant audits and possible upgrades.

• Manage selected products and applications (Solution Responsible) and give the direction for maintenance and development.

• On-site troubleshooting when requested by E&S project management

• Special responsibility for serving the unique demands of selected international key account customers,

You will be based in Søborg, Copenhagen or Lund, Sweden where we offer a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home when it fits with your tasks. You will be expected to travel 100-120 days a year globally.

What you know

We imagine you have a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, production or mechanical. To succeed in this position, you need to have experience within vegetable oils, processing, refinery, or related industry. You have hands on experience from operations and feel right at home in a proccing environment. You are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
