RD Controller

We are looking for an R&D Controller for Division Electrification that will be part of our Controlling Service Center for Iasi team and will work in an international environment with great development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the R&D planning & forecast process incl. project planning worldwide, target-setting for a respective Product line;
• Variance and deviation analysis and raising of risks as well as support in developing improvement action plans within a Product line;
• Consolidation, Preparation & Presentation of month end results;
• Controlling of Project Organization, including coordination & moderation or support of related processes (e.g. Project Approval Meetings, Project reviews..);
• Key contact for R&D related Key Figures to several interfaces (e.g. Project Managers, Productline Management, R&D Group Leaders, R&D Management);
• Coordination & Implementation of Business Unit / Corporate Processes with regards to R&D Controlling in dedicated area of responsibility;
• Close collaboration with Product line Management and Product Line R&D Controlling teams related to tracking and controlling Actual, Forecast and Budget figures.

Job Requirements:

• University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering / Business Administration;
• At least 3-4 years of work experience within Finance/Controlling;
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic SAP knowledge (Experience in SAP/ BW is an advantage);
• Profound communication skills combined with an "out of the box"- thinking;
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
• Dynamic and well organized;
• Solution and quality oriented;
• Very good communication skills
