What will you be doing in this role?
Key tasks and responsibilities:

Performing day-to-day
tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools,
according to predefined manuals, policies and procedures
•
Offering support to
the customers in Italian on topics related to various documents
•
Sharing knowledge
inside the team creating and maintaining good communication relationships with
all involved departments
