Your Activities:
— Ensure to keep the JSS Enterprise SAP S/4 Configuration (Mindset, Organization, Processes, Technology, Information) in a
defined standard with a minimum localization adaption;
— Participate in and drive initiatives and improve change processes to assess the impact on Enterprise Configuration while aligning
with Line Business objectives;
— Set up and run their regional SAP S/4 Plant Process Owner-collaboration meetings, proactively leads and takes charge of the
coordination and alignment effort of JSS‘ Idea/Innovation and Change Management Process;
— Monitor the progress of SAP Change orders for their area of responsibility and drives decisions on Change requests;
— Collaborate with the Project Workstream-Team Leads in their area of responsibility in all JSS plants in their region and act as
ambassador for standardized structures in One JSS;
— Collaborates with the Global Change Manager to run the Design Changes/ Design Change Organization in a structured way;
— Responsible to define out, validate and maintain a quality-assured documentation of their process area in the SolMan (incl.
EnableNow) that allows the industrialized Rollout with multiple projects in parallel;
— Manage the PtP team and perform specific responsibilities for the PtP (Purchasing) Workstream.
Your Prerequisites:
— University degree;
— Knowledge of purchasing processes in the automotive industry;
— Good knowledge of company structures and working methods;
— Knowledge about change processes in the company as well as project management skills;
— System knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP needed. Of our collaboration platform JIRA optional - will be learned during the project;
— Fluent in English (spoken & written);
— Positive mindset, empathic with constructive and structured way of thinking but also hands-on personality;
— Leadership skills: corporate approach in team leadership and task management for teams;
— Good cross-functional collaboration and business mindset.
