System Test Engineer

we are looking for a System Test
Engineer.
Job
description:
- Participate in
the commissioning of test systems for new sensor solutions within
projects.
- Maintains
optimal operation of test systems in series production.
- Runs MSA test
system qualifications (measurement system analysis)
- Verify EOL
(End of Line) test equipment programming using LabVIEW / LabVIEW Realtime
/ LabVIEW FPGA).
- Provides
technical support in the procurement of test equipment. Drafts and
analyses specifications for new equipment / production lines.
- Provides
integration of the sensor functional verification system (EoL - End of
Line) from a hardware and software point of view for both new and series
projects.
- Monitor and
define parameters in the test process
- Continuously
optimises processes in series production
- Prepare work
instructions / packaging / parameter sheets and other documentation
specific to the test process
- Trains
operators and maintenance technicians
- Participates
as a member of the P-FMEA and 8D reporting team
- Participates
directly and indirectly in company audits.
- Actively
participates in meeting the company's production and quality objectives.
Ideal candidate:
Professional background: Technical Bachelor's
degree (ideally electronic engineering).
Technical skills:
- Advanced
programming knowledge in LabVIEW
- Knowledge in oher
programming language (C/C++, C#/Java) is an advantage
- Knowledge in developing
and programming measurement and test systems for sensors and/or actuators
- Knowledge of
Simulink, Matlab is an advantage
- Knowledge of
electronics and mechanics
- Knowledge of
databases (SQL, MySQL)
- Advanced
working knowledge with MS Office package
- Advanced
knowledge of English (mandatory) and/or German (advantage)
