We are looking for a Service Desk interns to join our Service Desk EMEA team from Cluj-Napoca!

  • Location: Cluj-Napoca
  • Way of working: fully onsite
  • Duration: 3 months; 6 hours/day
  • Deadline for applications: April 21
  • Approximate start date: July 7

We are hiring a Service Desk intern to support our run-the-business activities in EMEA region. As a Service Desk agent your role is to be the first point of contact for any incoming IT related issues our colleagues throughout the organization are facing and provide specific solutions according to our IT policies in place.

Who You Are: You are a proactive and communicative individual with a passion for helping others. You have strong interpersonal skills and are fluent in English and either French or German. Your problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach make you an asset to any team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good level of French.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with internal and external clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • University studies in a relevant field are preferred.
  • Customer orientation with strong listening skills.
  • Team player and results-oriented.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create or manage tickets addressed to the Service Desk team to find solutions for issues/incidents or address them to other teams as soon as possible.
  • Assign or change the priority code according to an agreed priority list.
  • Update cases and requests in the centralized incident management system, including software product installation and configuration, account management, and consultancy for customers/users.
  • Investigate, diagnose, research, and where possible, resolve incidents/requests from customers/users using all available resources, consult with colleagues, or coordinate/expedite and redirect tickets to other competent teams.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions.

Your Future Team: 

Our Service Desk team currently consists of 8 agents supporting the EMEA region. The team includes fluent French, German, and English speakers with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds and professional experience.
