3D VisualizerMotion Designer

Join our team in Cluj-Napoca as we are looking for a 3D Visualizer/Motion Designer to enhance our product application services. In this role, your primary responsibilities include creating and delivering renderings and visualizations to support the Brand Field Sales, Product Marketing, Vertical Market Sales Teams, and EMEA Dealers. You will be instrumental in conveying the visual aspects of our products, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring visuals for regional adaptation.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create and provide the rendering and visualization of the product application services to support the company’s’ Brand Field Sales, Product Marketing, Vertical Market Sales Teams and EMEA Dealers

• Responsible for developing renderings and visualizations based on the EMEA Brand product portfolio to produce photo realistic still images using 3d max, Sketchup, Pcon

• Create 3D animations to showcase Steelcase products in environments to support Brand, Marketing and Sales.

• Create Videos based on recorded raw material, applying edit, animated motion design layers and audio layers, using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and similar tools.

• Liaise with external vendors like recording production teams to build project-based teams.

• Collaborate with internal team members to complete requests as required.

• Communicate with customers to define request/project requirements.

• Develop visuals based on Steelcase process, standards, and style guides and to give input to create such guidelines.

• Maintain the internal folder and server structure.

• Participate in daily/weekly meetings and team rituals.

• Follow the Learning and Development curriculum and update progress.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

• 3-4 years working experience preferably in office furniture industry or interior design agency

• Modeling and lighting using 3D Max or Rhino

• Material creation using Photoshop and 3D Max

• Rendering using 3D Max and Vray

• Visual Editing using Photoshop

• Visual composition (Aesthetics)

• Creation of Motion Graphics in After Effects

• Motion editing in Premiere or similar

• Designing vector-based graphics in Adobe Illustrator or similar

• Ability to interpret customer requirements and if needed influence the direction of the solution.

• Ability to align internal and external team members to deliver against briefs and timelines.

• Ability to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities.

• Professional business English.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial / Product Design / Interior Design / Computer Graphics / Multimedia/Communication Design or equivalent
