Junior Customer Master Data Analyst w German

We are hiring a Junior Customer Master Data Analyst, with German to oversee the creation, modification, and deletion of customer master data elements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. The role involves collaboration with various departments to understand data requirements, implement data governance policies, and support business processes.

Today we are extending our Operations team in Cluj to support us with the customer details data management portion within the scope of EMEA & NA regions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handle the entire life cycle of an order, production scheduling & order amendments related to internal Steelcase spare parts orders.
• Keep a critical eye regarding the processes and raise the issues faced, as well as help identify & implement solutions.
• Create customers in SAP system based on information provided by internal stakeholders. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirements/process.
• Communicate efficiently, work with appropriate team members and internal partners to resolve Master Data/Order Management issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Execute and monitor customer data management and maintenance activities while following global master data policies and practices; Implement and enforce the company’s data governance policies and standards to guarantee high-quality master data.
• Create and maintain documentation related to processes and order management procedures.
• Support and execute database cleanup projects to improve data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work on order management different business models as workload allows based on business needs.
• Track business important metrics and translate them into valuable insights to drive and promote excellence in our day-to-day activity.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in master data management or order management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details, Excel user.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• English advanced, German required.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Understanding of SAP modules and their integration with master data.
• Experience with data migration projects.
