Wiring Harness Specialist

• Adaptation of stakeholder requirements into the wiring harness component.
• Derivation and definition of component requirements from customer and system inputs (e.g. electrical parameters, IP protection class, chemical compatibility, standards and norms (AEC-Q), EMC and shielding)
• Development of wiring harness concepts based on the requirements and EMC properties.
• Definition and selection of wiring harness components (e.g. connectors, cables)
• Supplier selection and supplier support
• Set up qualification and test plan and coordinate with suppliers and system V&V

Calificarile dumneavoastra

• Master oder Bachelor degree successfully completed in mechanical or electrical engineering with specialisation in E / E design or technician with similar experience.
• Several years of experience in electrical dimensioning of connectors and cables
• Good knowledge of Integrity, SAP and MS Office
• Experience in supplier handling
• Experience in functional and environmental testing
• Good command of written and spoken German and English
• Experience in system development
• Experience in 3D CAD modelling Creo or EPLAN Harness desirable.
