Job Description

Main duties:

  • Ensuring that staff is appropriately attired and that their appearance enhances the hotel’s image
  • Identifying training needs and bringing them to the attention of the Hotel Director
  • Providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests
  • Assisting with guest queries and complaints
  • Being knowledgeable of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any information to respond to guest queries
  • Performing check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Respecting guest privacy at all times
  • Demonstrating a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards


  • Self- motivated and responsible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Brilliant Hotel Software will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English and any other European language
  • Previous experience within the Front Office Department
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate other
  • The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
