Job Description
Main duties:
Ensuring that staff is appropriately attired and that their appearance enhances the hotel’s image
Identifying training needs and bringing them to the attention of the Hotel Director
Providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests
Assisting with guest queries and complaints
Being knowledgeable of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any information to respond to guest queries
Performing check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
Respecting guest privacy at all times
Demonstrating a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards
Requirements:
Self- motivated and responsible attitude
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge of Brilliant Hotel Software will be considered an asset
Excellent command of English and any other European language
Previous experience within the Front Office Department
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate other
The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
