Process and Equipment Engineer

   Requirements:

• Technical University Degree;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Experience in the development & design of processes, tools, devices and / or machines (Catia and / or NX exposure is mandatory);
• Experience in the industrialization of production processes;
• Experience in specifying tools, devices and / or machines (. injection molding, punching, etc.)
• Fluent in English;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Structured thinking and analytical skills;
• High degree of autonomy, flexibility, good self-organization.

   Responsibilities:

• Provides ideas for technical documentation and updates the requirements for the future equipment;
• Performs pre-acceptance and acceptance for the work equipment;
• Produces the first of tool parts at the supplier and in the plant;
• Short term process Capability Assurance (action plan);
• Tracks and validates the test parts;
• Responsible for time optimizations achieved in RR;
• Responsible for handing over the processes to process responsibles (Process optimization);
• Implements Poka-Yoke systems;
• Follows the correct application of the manufacturing technologies and obtains the established quality parameters;
• Participates in 8D reports meetings;
• Offers project support in the area of change management and participates in process layout;
• Carries out process releases and acceptances;
• Implements the developed processes into series with corresponding documentation;
• Develops new process technologies and process sequences until they are ready for series production;
• Makes specifications for the procurement of raw materials and auxiliary materials for new projects;
• Plans, carries out and evaluates tests for the above-mentioned process;
• Responsible for technical validation of possible future suppliers.
