What you will be doing:

• Firstly, you will participate in our Onboarding Programme which consists of 2 block’s: work in the local bank office (practice in different Departments) and 5 weeks trainings at Avala Training Center in Serbia.

• People with university degree (major is not relevant);
• People with good communication skills, interested in working with clients;
• People with intermediate knowledge of English;
