Review, draft, and negotiate
a wide range of contracts and agreements, including software development
agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and vendor
contracts.
Advise on intellectual
property issues and ensure proper protection and enforcement of intellectual
property rights.
Stay abreast of regulatory
developments and changes in the IT sector, including data protection laws,
cybersecurity regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct legal research and
analysis to assess risks and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business
objectives.
Assist with dispute
resolution and litigation matters as needed.
Develop and implement legal
policies and procedures to enhance compliance and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with external
lawyer as needed on specialized legal matters.
To fit

Bachelor’s degree
in law.
Admission to the
bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
2+ years of
experience practicing law, with a focus on contracts and the IT sector preferred.
Strong
understanding of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory
compliance in the IT industry.
Knowledge of data
protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, and their implications for IT
companies.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
