● Engineering Degree in Aerospace or comparable,
● Good knowledge in pre-sizing and justification of composite and metallic structures in context of aircraft development,
● Experience in leading of projects,
● Toolset experience preferred: Patran/Nastran,Catia V5, Hyperworks,Ms Office, Google Workspace, Isami( desirable),
● Analitical aircraft stress methods( HSB, Niu, ESDU, etc),
● Fluent English and / or German,
● “Hands-on” mentality,
● Open and curious mindset,
● Experience in agile way of working,
● Experience in the field of Digitalization and Automation,

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and calculation of primary and secondary structure (CFRP and metal),
• Independent definition and pre-sizing of preliminary structural parts,
• Creation and check of stress reports and calculations,
• Checking and releasing of drawings (from stress point of view),
• Harmonization with design and manufacturing,
• Definition and support of tests (e.g. prototypes),
• Planning and managing of work packages, technical agreements with customers,
• Managing Engineering Suppliers (planning, technical agreements),
• Execution of small improvement projects within the frame of principal tasks,
• Supporting manufacturing with concessions,
• Supporting with change evaluations (MOD process),
• Fundamentals of A/C fuction, operation & processes,
• Fundamentals of regulations, safety & certification processes,
• Internal load generation and correlation,
• Detail component stressing.
