HARDWARE PROJECT MANAGER

JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines and allocate resources;
• Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them;
• Assist and help the employees when needed;
• Prepare the documentations needed for every project;
• Serve as a point of contact and support for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy (Software, Mechanics, production, quality, sales departments);
• Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals;
• Monitor the progress and initiates the relevant periodic hardware changes (milestone acceptance);
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed;
• Assure that activities are fitting in time and costs;
• Manage and solve problems and conflicts that may occur during the planning, execution and the completion phase of the project;
• Product cost optimization initiatives;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks(technical or administrative).

• Time management skills;
• Knowledge in analog and digital circuits, knowledge in embedded systems with microcontrollers;
• University Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics;
• Solid and previous hardware or system experience;
• Ability to work independently or as a member in an international team;
• Friendly and approachable;
• Automotive experience is an advantage;
• Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
• Knowledge about automotive standards: A-SPICE, Functional Safety, etc.
