FOR OUR team IN IASI WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A

HARDWARE MAGNETICS DESIGN EXPERT 

JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Concept, design and calculate Inductors and Transformers for High Power applications (Resonant converter, PFC, Common Mode Coil, etc) according to the requirements of the project;
• Perform simulations using finite element methods for magnetics fields, transfer functions, thermal performance analysis, EMC, etc.;
• Test and debug of the designed magnetic components (thermal issues, tuning of gain curve, etc.);
• Construct the developed components as early samples (Hand winding, etc).

YOU ARE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• Graduated Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Mechatronics or similar;
• Good understanding of the magnetic phenomena;
• Experience in working on power supply units;
• Good understanding and focus on transfer functions, thermal performance, EMC etc.
• Previous work experience in design of magnetic components;
• Knowledge of finite element modeling methods for magnetics fields;
• Ability to build and test functional prototypes;
• Simulation capabilities in LTSpice;
• Very good communication skills;
• Process-oriented, structured and analytic;
• Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
