Collects the information from timesheets and prepares all compensation and benefits related data for the payroll process
Is responsible for implementing and maintaining the labour, compensation and benefits policies and procedures
Liaises with the external payroll provider and the local Finance Department and sends across all the necessary documents to complete the payroll process
Prepares certificates (medical, bank, other types, as requested) and delivers them in a timely and correct manner
Prepares all relevant documents such as: employment contracts, addenda, termination related documents, etc., to SSC employees, and registers them with the labour authorities
Maintains the relationship with all labour related authorities and provides the required data and updates
Is a key user of Oracle HCM; extracts and delivers HR related reports to the business
Liaises with strategic partners and providers such as: Health and Safety, medical etc.
Keeps up to date with the legal provisions regarding HR and acts as an advisor on specific employee relations matters
Gets involved in various HR projects, on areas such as: communications, brand awareness, employees engagement, well-being, recruitment
Requirements:
University degree – Human Resources or Economics would be preferred
Relevant experience in HR administration and payroll activities
Good knowledge of labour legislation
Fluent in English
System knowledge: Excel, Oracle, Revisal
Very good organizational skills and attention to details
