Accounts Payable with English

Description:

• Sorting documents for all EU countries and directing them to relevant queues
• Logging (VL) Trade AP EU invoices and credit notes received (post, inbox, EDI)
• Audit + 3rd party support for invoices copies
• Team’s KPI reporting

Requirements:

• Very good language skills both written and spoken in English
• Any other European language is a plus
• Educational background in accounting/economic is an asset
• Experience in activities that implies back office/finance accountancy activities is welcome
• Ability to work in a team
• Professional approach to work
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
