Required Skills

• Mastery of PHP, including object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and frameworks like Symfony or Laravel.
• Competency in working with MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in using Composer as a dependency manager for efficient library and package management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work on full-stack development projects.
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, for collaboration and documentation.
• An open attitude towards adopting new technologies and tools, with a willingness to explore and implement innovations.
• Comfort and proficiency in Linux environments, along with the ability to work effectively with the Command Line Interface (CLI).
• A strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and familiarity with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern for well-structured code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective debugging and issue resolution.
• Dedication to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including documentation and adherence to coding standards.
• Adherence to security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure application security.

• Possess strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, including React and Angular, enabling the development of interactive and dynamic web applications.
• Have familiarity with key technologies such as Docker, Solr, Redis, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, which contribute to our innovative and efficient project development.

Responsibilities 

Software Development:

• Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Create and update features as per project requirements, ensuring the functionality aligns with business needs.

Bug Resolution:

• Identify and diagnose bugs, errors, and issues in existing codebase
• Debug and troubleshoot problems in code to ensure the smooth operation of applications
• Provide effective bug fixes and solutions in a timely manner.

Ticket Management:

• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and issues from team members or end-users.
• Work on assigned tickets, addressing requests for enhancements, new features, or bug fixes
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding ticket status and progress.

Code Review:

• Participate in code reviews, examining the quality and functionality of code submitted by peers.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of software components to ensure reliability and correctness.
• Verify that new code changes do not introduce regressions or negatively impact existing functionality.

Documentation:

• Document code changes, updates, and new features for reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Maintain documentation on the use and configuration of internal tools.</li

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and system administrators.
• Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide updates on work progress.</li

Security and Performance:

• Adhere to security best practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
• Optimize code and database queries for performance improvements.

Continuous Learning:

Version Control:

Technical Support::

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, helping them resolve issues or answer queries related to internal tools.
