ASSURANCE SPECIALIST Contract Type: 3 months determined period, with the possibility of undetermined afterwards Type of Work: Full-Time Location: Brasov, hybrid work Work Schedule: ● Monday - Thursday = 15:00 - 00:00 ● Friday = 16:00 - 22:00 Compensation: 3500 - 5000 RON net monthly, based on skills and experience THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB ● Monitor and evaluate recorded call center and front desk interactions for adherence to company standards, compliance, and customer service quality ● Audit billing team tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal processes and insurance guidelines ● Document findings in structured audit reports, highlighting strengths and improvements ● Identify patterns, gaps, and recurring issues, providing actionable recommendations for process improvements ● Collaborate with department heads to communicate feedback and develop training or corrective action plans ● Maintain an organized system for tracking performance trends over time WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT ● Must speak and write English fluently ● Experience in quality control, compliance, or auditing within healthcare, call centers, or billing environments ● Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and procedural gaps ● Strong communication and reporting skills to provide clear feedback to leadership and teams ● Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly ● Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare industry standards is a plus ● Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
