We are a growing business consultancy company, operating with one of the largest mental health organizations across New Jersey. We provide a wide range of services for the client’s operation, with a dedicated focus on delivering high-quality and fast results. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate and oversee the administrative teams within the project, ensuring efficient operations and excellent support.


What we need you to demonstrate

  • Good knowledge of the English language – Able to hold a conversation in a professional environment without difficulties. Know how to speak and write in a grammatically correct fashion.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a BPO setting.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with relevant software systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, dialer systems, reporting tools, etc).

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.



The purpose of your job

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily activities of the administrative teams, including billing, credentialing, call center, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to streamline processes and ensure the smooth delivery of administrative support services. This role will report directly to upper management and work closely with clinical and administrative staff across all clinic locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of the administrative teams: billing, credentialing, call center, and front desk.

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures to optimize the performance of each department.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and take corrective actions to address gaps in efficiency and service quality.

  • Coordinate with clinic managers and staff to ensure that administrative functions support clinical operations and patient satisfaction.

  • Serve as the point of escalation for operational issues that affect service delivery.

  • Lead regular team meetings and provide guidance, training, and support to administrative staff.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, particularly in billing and credentialing processes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, vendors, and external partners to support billing and credentialing operations.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement tools and systems that enhance service delivery.

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with patients regarding appointments, billing inquiries, and other administrative matters.

What we are offering:

  • Salary between 5,500 RON and 7,500 RON per month
