SAP FI Consultant

Responsibilities

· Collaboration with the Finance departments for further development of the existing global business processes

· Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP FI solutions

· Consulting of management and business department e.g. for new concepts regarding process improvements

· Standardization, Roll-Out, Consulting and further optimization in existing SAP-system with focus in general ledger (FI-GL), in asset management (FI-AM), account receivable (FI-AR) and account payable (FI-AP)

· Support and continuous development for SAP Group Reporting (Consolidation solution)

· Handling of changes within Bank Accounting e.g. Implementing of Electronic Bank statements, Payment Medium Formats, and payment methods (FI-BL)

· Handling of local legal requirements in Romania (e.g. SAF-T, localization, eInvoice) within SAP-FI together with business department

· Handling 2nd of 3rd Level support of Incidents and Service Requests for global Users in SAP-FI

· Support integration with CO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules

· Lead and mentor junior consultants as required​

Qualifications:

• Degree with main focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialization

• At least 3 years of experience (in automotive area would be an advantage) and detailed knowledge in SAP-module Finance and in (internal) consulting of customers for new requirements / processes / projects

• Knowledge in customization of SAP module Finance (FI), especially in general ledger (FI-GL), in asset management (FI-AM), account receivable (FI-AR) and account payable (FI-AP)

• Knowledge in customization of Bank Accounting including Bank Master data, Electronic Bank statements, Payment Medium Formats, and payment methods (FI-BL)

• Experience in financial consolidation processes (independent from the tool-solution) would be an advantage

• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solution

• Ability to work in international teams incl. temporary business trips (2 weeks per trip up to 2 trips per year)

• Excellent spoken and written English skills​
