Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related fields)
• Previous experience in cleanliness testing or laboratory activities is considered an advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
o Principles and methods of cleanliness testing according to VDA 19.1 / VDA 19.2
o Particle extraction, filtration and analysis processes
o Particle analysis using optical microscopy (experience with JOMESA HFD microscope is an advantage)
o Interpretation, analysis and reporting of cleanliness test results
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail, patience and analytical thinking
• Structured working style and ability to follow procedures and standards
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Microsoft Office - advanced level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in an industrial / automotive environment is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform cleanliness testing in accordance with VDA 19.1 / VDA 19.2 requirements
• Execute particle extraction, filtration, and sample preparation processes
• Analyze and evaluate particles using optical microscopy
• Document, analyze and report cleanliness test results
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards and quality requirements
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams
