Project Manager PDP

Responsabilities

·       Responsible for the complete planning and control of project development activities from project initiation to project completion

·       Responsible for planning and control of cost, schedule and quality goals of the whole project

·       Project-based management of the project team

Needed Abilities and Skills

·       Ability to see the whole picture;
·       Experience in project work;
·       Mastery of project management tools and their application;
·       Tool experience and training (RPlan, Dimensions, PLM, PROCO, SAP, Value Streamer, Analyzer Project planning)
·       Ability to guide the project group (Ability to delegate, reliability, role model);
·       Resilience and adaptability: time pressure, dealing with  resistance;
·       Communication skills:
·       Coordination tasks, sociability, presentation and facilitation skills, influencing skills, assertiveness;
·       Persuasiveness, negotiation skills;
·       Maintenance of customer´s satisfaction;
·       Organizing ability;
·       Fluent in German & Business English;
·       Completed academic studies in either industrial, electronic, electrical, mechanical engineering;
·       Min. 3-5 years of work experience with international projects – preferable in the automotive;
