Since 2014, Linde Global Services Romania (LGS Romania), based in Timisoara, is the captive shared service center of Linde plc. Our center, a customer service hub, being 90% dedicated to deliver exclusively in German language, is building up to deliver quality beyond numbers and leverage customer experience. We process and support a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash (such as order processing, customer master data, credit management, query management & customer support, invoice processing, customer & data management) for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland.
