Your tasks:

Work on service requests, changes and incidents
related to our IT Security services.

Provide second level support for the applications and
platforms within our IT Security portfolio.
·
Manage our endpoint protection platforms (EDR, Host
Encryption, Mobile Security).
·
Provide strong authentication and SSO capabilities to
our internal customers.
·
Follow up on vulnerability assessments and prioritize
remediation initiatives.
·
Perform initial triage of incidents impacting our
overall IT security posture and collaborate with our IT Security Analysts.
·
Support basic management tasks in our next-gen
firewall platform and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
·
Create and maintain IT Security-related documentation
in our internal Knowledge Base.
Your skills:
·
University degree or at least 3 years of experience in
a similar position.
·
Strong analytical skills and structured approach to
troubleshooting.
·
Expertise in managing IT Infrastructure technologies
in large enterprises.
·
Administration of Microsoft solutions (Client/Server
OS, Active Directory).
·
Understanding of Microsoft Cloud concepts (Entra ID,
Azure, M365).
·
Scripting to drive automation, preferably in
PowerShell.
·
Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
·
Clear and concise communication skills in English,
both verbally and in writing.
· Team player with a proactive mindset regarding collaboration and service delivery.
