Your Tasks:

Manage the creation and maintenance of a catalog of
services
·
Ensure that the service catalog is complete and
current. Work with service owners to ensure consistency and accuracy of the
service catalog entries.
·
Complete regular reviews of the catalog with
stakeholders to ensure relevance to business needs and requirements
·
Manage the service catalog management processes
·
Provide guidance and support for service owners and
service component owners
·
Advise and support on financial service planning,
budgeting, costing, accounting and charging using recognized accounting
practices and standards
·
Develop financial plans, forecasts and reports for IT
Services. Monitor and manage expenditure and examine areas where budgets and
expenditure exceed agreed tolerances
·
With regards on IT Service analyze actual expenditure,
examine variances, and advise on options in the use of available budget
Your Challenges:
·
IT Service Catalog has various interfaces to other
processes in the IT organization that need to be served and coordinated, e.g.
IT Project Portfolio Management, IT
·
Service Management, EAM,
Asset Management, etc.
·
Need for coordination alignment with other departments
such as TAX or Service Controlling
·
Intercultural communication within IT and also with
customers (Leoni internally)
·
Service owner and service component owner need to be
managed, coordinated and coached
Your Profile:
·
Successfully completed studies in business
administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
·
3-5 years of professional experience in service
management, cost management or controlling in an IT environment
·
Competence in the design of processes
·
Very good English and MS Office skills
·
High social and intercultural competence
