Your task:

You will take over the responsibility for the system
administration of our PLM software Windchill
• We need you to ensure a continuously high performance for one of
our most important tools in the company
• Manage and coordinate our administration activities
• Be an expert in the complete toolchain with knowledge about the
related interfaces
• Work in a highly motivated and innovative team in an dynamic and
innovative environment
• Contribute to a seamless and performant connectivity of our PLM
processes, data and tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders,
and end-users to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and drive
effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best
practices in PLM software and related technologies to continuously improve and
innovate our solutions.

• Helpful skills and qualifications for starting in this position
are:
o
Solid experience in administering and operating PLM software, with
a strong focus on Windchill
o
Familiarity with ITIL principles and basics of project management
methodologies (Agile, etc.).
o
Proficient in requirements management fundamentals and the ability
to translate business needs into technical solutions.
o
Knowledge in Linux operating systems, particularly RedHat.
o
Proficiency with databases, preferably Oracle.
o
Basic programming skills, preferably in Java, to facilitate
customization and integration tasks.
o
Knowledge of software configuration, change management, and
release management practices.
o
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field (or equivalent work experience).
