blue collar management, supervision and worked hours optimization

ensuring that necessary resources are requested on time (technical documentation, raw materials, manpower, tools, equipment, consumables, etc)

final inspection and quality assurance within own function

reporting to Project Manager (daily reports, progress report and efficiency, project statistics, additional works, deviations)

close collaboration with other departments (quality, warehouse, work-preparation, safety etc) and with the Client

participation in the meetings (internal, external, with the Client, with the Subcontractors/Suppliers, etc)

supporting and helping other collegues. Sharing knowledge and experience.
