WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Customer Care Representative, you are a strong administrative point who ensures that our customers' goods are transported in the fastest and most efficient way. How do you do that exactly?

• As a customer care representative you act as the single point of contact for our national and international customers.
• Specifically, you offer the top customers of H.Essers an optimal and excellent service by playing a coordinating, mediating role between the customer and H.Essers. In this way, you succeed in providing a service that is professional and customer-oriented.
• You ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and H.Essers. Optimal customer loyalty is our goal.
• Proactive communicate about possible delays and issues in transportation
• Collaborate with other departments within H.Essers in order to provide the customer with the best solution
• In order to achieve this, you follow up on the customer’s shipments and defend his interests within the organization, but always with the interests of your own organization in mind. You go that extra mile within the capabilities of your own organization.

WHAT YOU HAVE

You hold the principle of ‘customer is king’ in high esteem and have -preferably- already had the opportunity to put this principle into practice within a professional context. You love the national and international dynamism and drive associated with this position and department, ‘the transport world’. Furthermore, you are known as someone who is communicatively strong, who wants to go the extra mile for his/her clients, who dares to think out-of-the box with your colleagues in order to come to the most optimal solution. This service can then be put into practice by having an eye for detail and always staying in control. Finally, we can only offer this top service if it is accompanied by knowledge of a number of languages, in particular English. Additional languages such as French or German are certainly seen as a strong asset.
