WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Essentially, you ensure the smooth operation and continuity of our support service department by steering and supporting our customs. You are responsible for the further professionalization of the personnel by continuously evaluating the existing processes and adjusting them where necessary. What else?

• As a team manager, you will act as a point of contact for both internal and external colleagues and order to provide advice in specific matters: recruiting and selection process, successful onboarding.
• As a mentor, you take care of the operational team and management of the staff, solving staff administration problems.
• You monitor the activities and provide support to the personnel in order to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
• In addition to managing and coordinating our customs, you make sure that the workload is well attuned so that the activities can run smoothly.
• Like no other, you succeed in aligning the current knowledge of the employees with the current processes and procedures.
• Taking care of a smooth operational implementation of a new tasks is also part of your professional challenge.
• You work closely together with other teams and you are responsible for drawing up and following up the holiday planning and the occupancy rate.
• Finally, you take care of the preparation of permit applications and changes.
