Invoicing Officer

We are looking for an entreprising and dynamic Invoicing Officer.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for 'end-to-end' optimisation of the invoicing flow, so that the services provided by the company are invoiced to the customers as correctly as possible and within the set deadlines.

How do you do that:

• Drafting transport invoices for customers and partners
• Working with rates per traffic for import/export
• Verifying self-billing invoices from customers and partners
• Checking outstanding invoices and sending reminders to approvers
• Creating various reports in Excel

Skills & Qualification 

• University degree or student
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer literacy, especially MS Excel
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• High level of responsability
